The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is a Registered Training Organisation RTO - 3531

OEM provides a wide range of emergency management training programs on behalf of the NSW State Emergency Management Committee.

Our programs are delivered using industry based facilitators in a multi-agency learning environment. Courses are available in various formats including online, face to face, blended learning and recognition pathways.


OEM online courses are self-paced and can be accessed through the learner portal. Some of the courses form pre-requisite learning for face to face courses and must be completed before attending the classroom based course. To enrol in an online course see below.
