Online, self-paced course consisting of two learning modules. Each module has an estimated completion time of 15 minutes. The estimated duration of these modules will vary depending on your experience in emergency management and learning style.
No essential or recommended training is required for this course.
The aim of this course is to provide a foundational overview of disaster recovery concepts and principles that guide recovery nationally. To successfully complete the course, you are required to complete the two modules in sequence. A certificate of completion will be issued once you have completed the course.

This training is for anyone undertaking recovery work, irrespective of the role performed.
There are five – seven quiz questions within each module. The quiz will have open navigation, allowing learners to navigate out of the quiz to look up information. Learners will need to pass the quiz to complete the module. The pass rate is 100%. Learners will have unlimited attempts at the quiz.
